Hallmark Inspections can provide you with all of the reporting you will need to secure your homeowner's insurance and windstorm insurance coverage, If needed, a full Wind Mitigation report will help you to receive discounts on your wind insurance policy premiums. Also, if your home is 20-years old or older, it will likely need a 4-Point report for you to be able to get your homeowners insurance in place. Hallmark can also provide Roof Condition Certifications if your insurance agent requires one. It is recommended to speak with your insurance agent prior to booking your home inspection to determine what insurance reports they will need.
Not only does Hallmark provide high quality home inspections, we also can perform inspections for docks, seawalls, boatlifts & davits. Additionally, we can provide you with a comprehensive pool equipment and pool safety inspection or even an elevator safety inspection.
Hallmark is also able to provide inspections on commercial properties and provide consultation services for new construction or even general consultation regarding planned renovations or major construction projects.

Homes over 75-years of age will be subject to a $100 "potentially refundable" surcharge due to their degree of difficulty. If it turns out that the home has been extensively renovated recently, and the home does not have the stereotypical problems that make historic homes more difficult to inspect, then part or all of this fee will be refunded.
